Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. We will not accept any items returned prior to your request for a return.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your item upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if it is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and address it appropriately.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (e.g. food, fresh flowers, plants), customized items (e.g. special orders, items that have been personalized), and personal hygiene items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without showing any justification. As above, but the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds
We will let you know once your return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and pay your refund.

If the return is at your own discretion, you will be responsible for shipping costs. The exact shipping cost will depend on the shipping company you choose.
If the item you receive is damaged or incorrect due to our discretion, you will not be required to pay shipping costs for that reason.
